Amazon Lodge - Tambopata Research Center in Puerto Maldonado

Tambopata is one of the world´s most diverse wildernesses. It is also one of the best preserved and reachable from Cuzco in only 30 min.

The Tambopata Research Center is located in a half hectare clearing in the middle of the uninhabited portion of the Tambopata National Reserve, adjacent to the Bahuaja National Park and 500 meters from the world’s largest macaw clay lick.

Rainforest animals of the Amazon jungle - BBC wildlife

A cute otter family is saved in the Amazon jungle. The sun in shining and the Amazon Abyss spotters find a family of South American otters.
