man, i used to catch hammerhead shark, in the ocean. and the bait is expensive T.T i used stingrays as bait.
maybe ill try freshwater after all.
in my country they callec peacock bass “oscar Laris” btw. i have 1 in my tank about that big.

They introduced them into miami dade and broward county canles and lakes but its hard for them to stay at high numbers due to when they spawn they are very aggersive they will hit bare hooks and they make there nest in shallow banks so they are easy to spot

biggest peacock i caught was 16lbs but thats not big for peacock biggest bass I caught was 14lbs I raised 14 peacock and put them out in my lake hopefully theyll take to it
