peacock bass fishing?

i live in boca raton and theres some peacock bass in the canals near me does anyone know any good peacock bass fishing spots in any nearby cities or here in boca and what are some good lures or baits for peacocks

Not familiar with area, but the ultimate bait for any bass is the Senko.
It’s made by Gary Yamamoto. You can get them at any bait shop & they also have them at Dicks Sporting Goods. Have Fun!
Oh yeah, they normally bite on the first drop, if not just jig it.

Sorry yahoo must have edited The name of sporting goods store. It’s not like the store is all over the U.S or anything(lol)

    I have watched them on TV show fishing down there for them. They were using large shiners. Pretty much anything that works for large-mouths should work for peacocks. Heavy duty plugs for artificials. They are a pretty hard hitting fish. Probably 15lb test line at least.
