i would like to know if i can house peacock bass and oscars together.

NO. The peacock bass and the oscar will very quickly outgrow the tank and may even fight. I have one oscar and one pleco in a 110 and that is max for that tank. Oscars will grow very very quickly. The one I have grew 10in in the first year.
