First 10 days: Start by flying to Quito and then catching a flight to Galapagos. Stay for a week, then get back to Quito. Then take a bus down to Tena and visit the jungle.

Next 10 days: Then go back to Quito again (stop by Papallacta for a day, its awesome). Catch a flight to Lima and then to Cuzco. Follow the Inca Trail and return to Cuzco.

Last 10 days: Then get back to Lima, then fly to Santiago then to Easter Island. Then catch a return flight home from Santiago.

This will be a fun trip but I think you will get more out of it if you choose either Ecuador, Peru or Chile and spend a month visiting the one country. Then take another trip later.

If you choose Ecuador make sure to visit banos de ambato, vilcabamba, cuenca, crucita, tena, papallacta, quito and galapagos!

Have fun and be safe!
References :
I agree, one month is definitely not enough. You're talking about going to 3 different countries in 1 month. You might think you just want to hit up those spots, do the touristy "bare minimum" and get on to the next tourist spot, but I can assure you that you will end up wanting to spend way more time exploring each spot.

I recommend you expand your trip -- at least two months. If that's not possible, and you only have one month, then decide which spots are the most important to see. I've been to Macchu Picchu --it's absolutely incredible, but if you want to cut out a few days on your trip, you could take the train there instead of hiking the Inca trail. The Galapagos are also amazing, you will need at least 5 days for that, to explore the islands, go snorkeling, and see all the incredible animals.
I haven't been to the Amazon or to Easter Island, I'm sure they would be amazing, and not enough to fit into a month-long trip.
References :
Travelled through South America.

Oh man! Two months won't be enough for all those things! I would recommend 3 months at the most!
References :
It sounds like ich.

I usually treat ich with a salt solution, as I don't like chemicals that have synthetic dyes. I would also suggest regularly vacuuming your tank gravel when ich is not present on your fish....due to the parasite's life-cycle.

Research the ich parasite and its life-cycle and go from there. Like I said, I prefer salt, but there are many chemicals on the market that may also be effective.
References :
If they are small round spots, they are Ick and should be treated every other day for a week with copper or malachite green. If they are irregular and larger, they may be fungus and should be treated with API Pimafix or an antibiotic.
References :
Robert Price
