You cannot pay when it arrives, people dont do that anymore. You need to find the book on another site locally. I never see much mention of international shipping on Amazon. I do not know if they are set up for that. Look on Half.com or Ebay.

For one to travel there and what immunizations do I need? For Peru, Ecuador, and Brazill?
I have been to both Peru and Brazil, and really all you absolutely need is malaria pills. I would not get to caught up in anything else, but you can always spring for 3 shots that doctors like to recommend, but they are certainly not necessary.
I stayed in the Pantanal of Brazil, very beautiful. I went from May til July and it was the dry season and animals would have to travel farther to find water and food so the guides informed us it was the better time of year to see the predators. I would definitely say that towards the end of the trip that I was seeing more. I finally saw a Jaguar in July so I would recommend late in the summer.
I went to Peru in April, it was still the wet season, I enjoyed it because we spent a lot of time on the Amazon river so we were seeing a lot of stuff and you can go by boat to many deeply wooded places you cannot get to during dry seasons.

My favorite team was definitely Team Chris, with that wonderfully conniving Alejandro and terrible sweet Owen.
Harold probably had the funnest elimination in my opinion because it was during the filming for Chef’s Japanese food commercial. He practically sabotaged the team and in the end, he went out "gracefully" with a "samurai’s honor". LOL.
Gwen had the saddest elimination not in terms of tears, but by the way Courtney was such a bastard. The eucalyptus leaf challenge was impossible for Gwen since she had been allergic to it. They both liked Duncan, and during the 1st season, I shipped the Duncan/Courtney pairing; however, they didn’t work out anymore. And Gwen was the next perfect girl. But her elimination was just too "planned".
But cutest couple is for sure, Alejandro and Heather. I love couples like that where they just keep fighting and ignoring their feelings. And in the end, Alejandro loved Heather too much and let her win. Can’t wait for Season 4!
