As long as we’re on the topic of bird stories. My boyfriend and I were camping once - we made hamburgers on this portable barbecue thing and while we were eating some bird of prey flies past my boyfriend’s head and stole the meat out of his burger! He was still holding the bread and everything! Just the meat! We were like “are we really high… or did that just happen” - it happened. LOL

Thank you! Great to have support from someone who doesn’t share my point of view on religion! Debzcab was really nice - she ended up explaining her religious point of view to me via message in the end :) I also respect people who live their life by a certain religion and I am open to the idea of religion - at this stage in my life though I am not entirely convinced by it! Each to their own - thanks again x

I like your viewpoint. I respect why you are not a Christian. I’m a Christian because I’ve seen the good things that it has brought to my family. Especially my grandmother. My family isn’t strictly Christian though. All I’ve been taught was that God loves me and I have literally felt that love, believe it or not. But even in my POV as a Christian I can say that you are ‘living’ and not just existing because you have the free will to believe what you want and live they way you want.

    Thanks for your …
Thanks for your advice. But I’ve grown up in a Christian household, I’ve seen the way it’s affected my family. Christianity instilled guilt, fear and judgement in the lives of the ones I love. I cannot live my life that way - but I respect that you have found peace in religion. And with all due respect, the feeling of “living” is a subjective view point. You cannot claim that I am simply “existing”.

  24. debzcab Says:

    u said u dont …
u said u dont believe in God. It is because you might have not opened your heart to the real things that the mere eyes can see. You asked me if it makes your life less fullfilling. Its not about fulfillment, but a life without God is just like EXISTING but not LIVING. Try to feel your heart and you will find the answer to your question.

  25. sarahingram89 Says:

    Admittedly, …
Admittedly, JestersBakery was somewhat aggressive in expressing his opinion. But people are entitled to not believe in your god. That does not mean they are living a sad and empty life. I don’t believe in god, does that make my life less fulfilling than yours?
