The biggest I’ve ever seen is one I caught not to long ago, it was about 6-7 pounds, more or less. But not even on the internet have I seen really big peacock in South Florida. Even the big South Florida ones are just about the size of largemouth bass.

Probably has a a lot to do with "forage base" and "climate".

The forage base in SF is not even close to what it is in the Amazon. More variety of forage usually equals bigger fish.

And the climate is actually "colder" in SF making for a shorter "growing season".

Look at the difference in Bass size from Northern States to Southern States.

I got it off of Amazon and I think I’m missing a part for the drums. I also can’t get the guitar to work. It has battery in it and all. The only thing I can get to work is the mic.

what you do is. If you cant get your controler to work theres a little white button on your 360 hold it and then while holding it hit the guide button on your gutiar hero contorler durms set mike or whatever. then it should work. Then go to carer and make a guitar rocker and a gutiar twhitch will both give you achivements. If you make a custom charactor and custom guitar that is. And then your ready to go.

I received the game as a birthday present, but I don’t have a guitar. I don’t really want to spend my own money on one but I can’t play the game without it unfortunately. Where can I get the guitar alone, everywhere I’ve looked has it bundled with the game, which I have already! rrgh frustrating. Also I would prefer an actual store, not ebay or Amazon or any other online entity please.

I just ordered guitar hero world tour from amazon for the wii but i am a bit confused.DO u need a wii mote for the microphone or where do you connect it?And is there another way to play the drums and guitar without having to buy another wii remote?

no, for each instrument, you do need a wiimote and as for the mic, plug it in the back of the system where theres a USB port

what do u feed a 5 inch peacock bass eat because i am going 2 get 2 of them and put it in my 55 gallon tank and i was wondering if u feed it with pellets,feeder guppies,or small feeder goldfish.

All of those foods would be appropriate depending on their size.

A 55 is no where near big enough for even 1 of these. They grow to 29". Realistically they’re not a suitable aquarium fish, because they get very large. 2 Adults would need several hundred gallons.

how can i get my peacock bass to start eating my pelets cause buying feeders is getting really expensive so i wanted to know how i can get em eating pelets or flakes there 5 inches and other is about 3 inches thanks

One way that MAY work is to make your fish hungry enough so that it will take the new food. Slowly introduce like one or two pinches/ couple of pellets each time when you decrease the amount of feeder you give it, and then don’t feed it for one or two days.

On the day you start feeding it again, start with the flakes/pellets. If it doesn’t touch them, feed one feeder fish and leave it again for another day.

This method usually works, and fish MOST OF THE TIME are not picky eaters.

Brine shrimp (live and frozen), freeze dried bloodworms, can also be good alternatives.

You can also go with the answer above and start breeding guppies in a 15 or 20 gallon. Wait for it to cycle though…

hello! me and my boyfriend are looking to travel to Brazil and go to the Amazon rain forest mid January time…the cheapest flights we can find are £700 each return. Was wondering if anyone has been for any cheaper? The airport needs to be fairly close to any part of the amazon…we were looking at Manaus.

Flights to Brazil will take between 16 and 22 hours depending on your route. There are few direct flights from the UK so it may be sensible to find a european or US gateway.

Try some of the online sites like travelsupermarket and cheapflights and also independent travel agencies like www.journeysalacarte.co.uk or travelbag for example. Independent travel agents have more scope in the range of airlines they can access than the normal High St agencies and they also specialise in the independent travel scene rather than package holidays to the Costas.

Brazil is a former Portuguese colony so trying TAP the Portuguese airline and Varig the Brazilian national carrier would be a good idea.

I think it likely that you will end up with a three part journey in the end, UK to gateway, then to major airport in Brazil and then a local flight to the Amazon. That would point me to the independent agents as this is where they shine.
